Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. At The Annuity Store, we want you to feel safe when you provide information to us via our website or in response to our product advertisements and notifications, such as email, magazines, reply cards and telephone calls.
We feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the use of that information. This privacy statement discloses how we use it.
The Annuity Store uses information voluntarily given by insurance agents to send out electronic notifications and advertisements about the insurance industry. This can be in the form of emails, mail or by phone. The Annuity Store never shares information with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners. One exception, at the end of the year the top 100 agents names and address are provided to a magazine for the purpose of receiving a subscription to that magazine for one year, paid by The Annuity Store. In this case the information strictly prohibits the magazine from using that information for any other purpose except for subscription renewal.
Our privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by insurance agents.
We give agents options wherever necessary and practical to opt out of email communication.
